General Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and reviewed by the support team.
• Cancellations are considered only within 24 hours of purchase and before work begins.
• Special pricing, promotional, urgent, and same-day services are non-cancellable.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not offered once payment is made, except where this policy allows.
• If a cancellation is approved after work starts, payments may be credited toward future services for a limited period.
• Software, web/app development, cloud work, analytics, consulting, and marketing services are non-refundable once delivered or started.

Quality Concerns

• If delivered work does not match agreed requirements, notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
• We may offer clarifications, revisions, or additional support where appropriate.
• Refunds are not granted for subjective dissatisfaction or changing expectations.

Third-Party Dependencies

• Delays or failures caused by hosting, cloud, domain, API, or other third-party vendors are outside our responsibility.
• Any third-party coordination requested by the client may be billed at standard support or consulting rates.

Termination & Disputes

• No refunds are issued for completed milestones or ongoing work if a client ends a project mid-way.
• We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, lack of approvals, repeated delays, or misconduct.
• Chargebacks without discussion may result in suspension, withholding of deliverables, or legal action.
